· Formulate and implement marketing strategies, structures and programmes to optimize sales and market share
· recruitment of an international team
· development of Go-To-Market strategies on international market
· acquisition of new customers

Manufacturing Engineer

· Layout of new product lines, automating the production process
(ISO 9001:2008 certification)
· Overseeing and monitoring the production process
· Planning of human and material resources requirement
· Working in a Cross Functional Team

Physicist, R&D Optics/ Mirror Layout

· design and development in the field of solar concentrating systems
· optimization of mirrors, reflection and absorption
· wide spread field of products using solar thermal energy (process heat, solar air-conditioning, solar cooking, solar drying, thermal power, waste water treatment)
